By participating in the Patchstack Contributor Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the submission process, ownership rights, payment terms, and other guidelines for contributors.
2. Application and Access
- Application Process: Fill out the application form available on the Patchstack website.
- Approval: Once approved, you will receive access to the contributor dashboard.
- Task Selection: You can browse and select tasks directly from the dashboard.
- Submission: After completing a task, submit it through the dashboard for review.
3. Review and Approval Process
- Patchstack will review submitted tasks within 7 business days.
- Approval: If the submission meets the required standards, it will be approved.
- Rejection: Submissions may be rejected if they fail to meet quality or relevance criteria. Feedback will be provided.
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
- All content created exclusively for Patchstack is the property of Patchstack.
- Translations: You may translate and publish content in different languages with prior notification to Patchstack.
- Linking with Canonical Tags: You may post content with a canonical tag linking back to the original on Patchstack, provided you notify us in advance.
- Content created for Patchstack cannot be hosted or published elsewhere unless explicit written permission is granted.
- Mentions on external sites or social media are not covered by this restriction.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment Method: Currently, we only support PayPal for payouts.
- Fees: Patchstack covers all PayPal payout fees, ensuring you receive the full amount promised.
